What is c3gGsmMinGprsQosRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object manages the lifecycle of a row in the minimum-acceptable GPRS QoS table, letting a manager create, activate, or remove an entry of QoS floors. An admin uses this to atomically provision or tear down a set of minimum QoS requirements for a PDP context via SNMP. For example, after configuring precedence, delay, reliability, peak, and mean rate minimums for a connection, the admin sets this object to createAndGo to commit the new floor values as an active row.
