What is c3gCurrent1xRttChannelState?
This read-only enumeration reports whether the modem's 1xRTT radio has notAcquired(2) a channel, has acquired(3) one, or is actively scanning(4) for one. An admin uses this to see exactly where in the acquisition process the 1xRTT radio is stuck when 1xRTT service isn't available, distinguishing "still searching" from "found nothing to lock onto." For example, a modem stuck in scanning(4) for an extended time suggests it can't find any usable 1xRTT channel at that location, pointing to a genuine coverage gap.
