This read-only 60-byte octet string holds a per-minute history of the weakest EV-DO RSSI value recorded in each of the last 60 minutes. An admin uses this to spot recurring minute-scale EV-DO signal dips over the past hour, helping distinguish a one-off glitch from a repeating pattern. For example, discovering the weakest-per-minute EV-DO reading dips at regular intervals could point to a co-located transmitter causing periodic interference.
