This read-only 60-byte octet string holds a per-second history of the 1xRTT RSSI value for each of the last 60 seconds, with each octet representing one second's reading in -dBm. An admin can pull this buffer to see very short-term signal fluctuation immediately after a reported connectivity glitch, without needing to have been actively polling RSSI at the exact moment it happened. For example, after a brief data stall, an admin could read this object to see a second-by-second signal dip that occurred moments before the stall, even though they weren't polling in real time.
