This read-create object specifies which VSAN a device is automatically placed into when its Port WWN matches the associated dynamic-membership WWN list. An administrator uses this to auto-assign VSAN membership by device identity rather than by fixed port location, useful when devices may be connected to different physical ports over time. For example, if a storage array's WWN is in the list mapped to VSAN 30 via this object, that array is put into VSAN 30 regardless of which physical port it plugs into.
