This read-only timer reports the Fabric_Stability_Timeout Value (F_S_TOV), in milliseconds, which the switch uses to make sure the fabric has stabilized during fabric configuration before proceeding further. An administrator would check this value when diagnosing why fabric reconfiguration is taking a particular amount of time to settle. For example, during a fabric merge event, the switch waits at least this long to confirm stability before considering the reconfiguration complete.
