What is cvpdnSessionTotal?
This gauge reports the total number of active user sessions across every VPDN tunnel currently running on this system. It is the system-wide counterpart to the total tunnel count and gives administrators a single number to track overall dial-up/VPDN load. For example, comparing this value against a known licensed or platform session limit tells an operator how close the device is to running out of session capacity.
