Description: The value of the sysUpTime object when the contents of cvpdnBundleTable last changed.
What is cvpdnBundleLastChanged?
This object records the sysUpTime value at the moment this bundle's entry in the VPDN bundle table last changed, such as when a link was added or removed. Administrators use it to quickly tell whether a bundle's membership is stable or was recently modified, without having to compare full table snapshots over time. For example, a bundle whose last-changed timestamp updates frequently indicates its links are flapping in and out rather than remaining stable.
