cvcmABCDOutgoingPattern

Module: CISCO-VOICE-CAS-MODULE-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-VOICE-CAS-MODULE-MIB::cvcmABCDOutgoingPattern

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.389.1.1.1.1.7

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: CvcmCasPatternBitPosition

Access: read-only

Description: This object identifies the ABCD signaling bits defined by user, and downloaded to DSP signaling channel. This pattern is derived from the actions specified in 'cvcmCasABitAction', 'cvcmCasBBitAction', 'cvcmCasCBitAction' and 'cvcmCasDBitAction'. The same pattern can map to different cvcmABCDIncomingPattern depending on the set of actions. This pattern is mapped to input ABCD bit pattern received and reported to the TDM or network side.

What is cvcmABCDOutgoingPattern?

This is a read-only value showing the resulting ABCD bit pattern that gets downloaded to the DSP signaling channel after the configured per-bit actions have been applied to an incoming pattern. An admin reads this to verify what pattern the module actually produces and sends onward, since the same output pattern can result from different combinations of incoming patterns and bit actions. For example, after configuring bit-inversion actions, an admin would check this object to confirm the signaling bits are being translated as intended before they reach the DSP.
