What is cvgConfigRowStatus?

This read-create RowStatus object manages the lifecycle of a row in the VLAN group table, and the MIB notes all writable objects in the row may be modified at any time. An admin cares because this is the standard SMIv2 mechanism for creating, activating, or destroying a VLAN group entry. For example, an operator building a new VLAN group would use this RowStatus object to move the row from creation through to active.
