What is bearerCurrentXmtCellRate?
This Unsigned32 object, in cells-per-second, reports the ATM cell rate currently required to transmit the current AAL2 packets on a CID. Unlike the peak counter, this gives a real-time snapshot of transmit bandwidth demand for a specific voice channel right now. An engineer investigating a live call's audio quality would check this value to confirm the channel is transmitting at the expected cell rate for its configured codec.
