What is cucsVnicVnicBehPolicyAction?
This is the default action this vNIC behavior policy takes for a service profile, for example whether to create no dynamic Ethernet vNICs or to automatically instantiate them from a template. An admin sets this to control whether service profiles using this policy automatically get vNICs created for them without manual per-vNIC configuration. For example, setting action to auto-create vNICs from a template means every service profile inheriting this policy gets vNICs stamped out automatically rather than requiring the admin to add each one by hand.
