What is cucsVnicUsnicConPolicyUsnicCount?
This is the number of usNIC (user-space NIC) interfaces this connection policy provisions on a vNIC for low-latency, RDMA-style application traffic. An admin sizes this to match how many parallel low-latency network endpoints an HPC or MPI-style application on the host actually needs, since each usNIC interface consumes adapter resources. For example, an admin running an 8-rank MPI job per host might set usnicCount to 8 so each MPI rank gets its own dedicated usNIC interface for kernel-bypass communication.
