What is cucsVnicIScsiLCPOperOrder?

This OID reports the operational PCI/vNIC placement order for the launched, deployed instance of an iSCSI vNIC as it actually runs on a server, as opposed to the vNIC's policy-level definition (IScsiLCP), the position this iSCSI vNIC occupies relative to other vNICs presented to the server's OS. An admin cares about placement order because the OS enumerates network and storage interfaces in this sequence, and boot firmware relies on a predictable order to find the iSCSI boot NIC. For example, if a server fails to PXE/iSCSI boot after a service profile change, an admin would check whether this order value shifted, moving the iSCSI vNIC to a different enumeration slot than the boot policy expects.
