An admin cares because this pool name is the source of truth for how the initiator's IQN was produced, which matters when auditing which servers are authorized against a given storage target. For example, migrating an iSCSI boot policy to a new pool, an admin would confirm this iqnPoolName value updated correctly on every affected IScsiConfig instance before assuming the cutover is complete.
