This OID returns the Relative Name (RN) of an IPv4 DNS record — the short naming component, carried as a short text string, that distinguishes this IPv4 DNS record instance from its sibling instances under the same parent object. Admins rarely read the RN directly, but UCS Manager uses it internally to keep multiple IPv4 DNS record objects under the same parent (for example several on one server) from colliding in the naming tree. For instance, if a server has two IPv4 DNS record objects side by side, each will carry a different RN suffix even though their parent DN prefix is identical, letting the RN alone tell them apart.
