What is cucsVnicFcOwner?
This OID reports who owns a Fibre Channel vNIC — an enumerated value indicating whether it was created directly by an admin, inherited from a policy/template, or generated by UCS Manager itself. An admin uses this to know whether editing this Fibre Channel vNIC directly is safe, or whether the change really belongs upstream in a template or policy that owns it. For example, if this field shows the object is policy-owned, an admin knows that editing it here will be overwritten the next time the owning policy reapplies.
