What is cucsVnicFcOEIfPubNwId?
This OID returns the public network (VLAN) identifier that an FCoE interface is actually operating on, carried as a numeric gauge value. An admin uses this to confirm the VLAN this FCoE interface ended up on at runtime, which is especially useful when the VLAN was supposed to come from a template or pool rather than being hardcoded. For example, if traffic isolation between tenants looks wrong, an admin checks this field on the FCoE interface to confirm it landed on the VLAN the design called for.
