What is cucsVnicEtherOperSpeed?
This read-only Gauge32 value reports the operational (currently in-effect, resolved) link speed for this vNIC, as opposed to whatever speed was administratively requested. UCS Manager separates admin-requested settings from the operational value actually applied after policy resolution, so this field is what an admin should trust when checking the actual negotiated or adapter-imposed speed a vNIC is running at right now. For example, if an admin requested a speed setting that the underlying adapter model doesn't support, this operational OID would show the real speed the hardware fell back to instead.
