What is cucsVnicEtherBootDev?
This read-only CucsVnicVnicBootDev value reports whether this vNIC is configured as a boot device (and in what boot-order role) for the server. An admin diagnosing why a server isn't PXE-booting from the network they expect would check this field to confirm that particular vNIC is actually enabled and ordered as a boot device rather than left as a data-only NIC.
