What is cucsVnicDynamicProviderRn?

This read-only SnmpAdminString value is the Relative Name (RN) of a Dynamic Provider object, the naming component that distinguishes one Dynamic Provider instance from its sibling instances under the same parent object. The RN is the piece an admin actually assigns or that UCS Manager derives when creating the object; combined with its parent's DN it produces the object's full DN, so two Dynamic Provider instances under different parents can share the same RN without colliding. Looking at a Dynamic Provider entry identifying the VIC 1340 adapter in a blade as able to host dynamic vNICs for VM-FEX, the RN would be the short naming segment (for example an object ID or index) that appears as the last component of that instance's DN.
