What is cucsSysdebugTechSupportFsmTaskFlags?
This CucsFsmFlags value is a bitmask of internal flags UCS Manager has set on the workflow task item for one stage of the tech-support-generation FSM. These flags carry extra state about the task item that a support engineer or TAC case can use when diagnosing exactly how a workflow behaved internally. For example, a support engineer tracing the exact internal task the tech-support generator was running, and these flag bits are the kind of low-level detail a TAC engineer would decode when digging into that internal task.
