What is cucsSysdebugManualCoreFileExportTargetAdminState?
This CucsSysdebugManualCoreFileExportTargetAdminState value is the admin control used to trigger or enable a manual core-file export to this target. An admin flips this field to actually kick off sending a captured crash dump to the configured remote destination. For example, after configuring the hostname and path for a TAC upload target, the admin sets this field to start the export.
