Description: Cisco UCS sysdebug:LogExportPolicy:dn managed object property

What is cucsSysdebugLogExportPolicyDn?

This attribute holds the Distinguished Name (DN) of this log export policy, the full hierarchical path UCS Manager uses to address this exact managed-object instance in its information tree. An admin reads this DN to know precisely which object in the tree a given SNMP row corresponds to, which matters because a UCS domain can have many sibling instances that each periodically ships a UCS domain's internal debug logs to a remote server over SCP/SFTP/FTP/TFTP. For example, polling this OID lets a monitoring script map a returned SNMP table row back to the specific fabric interconnect, chassis, or policy that this log export policy belongs to, without having to guess from context.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.47.32.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-SYSDEBUG-MIB::cucsSysdebugLogExportPolicyDn

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.47.32.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-SYSDEBUG-MIB::cucsSysdebugLogExportPolicyDn.1
