What is cucsSysdebugLogControlEpFsmDescr?

This string field holds a human-readable description of the current FSM step running on this log-control endpoint, which holds the overall internal debug-logging configuration for a UCS endpoint. An admin reads it to understand in plain terms what UCS Manager is doing right now on this object, without having to decode a numeric state. For example, this field on this log-control endpoint might read something like 'waiting for file transfer to complete' while the underlying operation is in progress.
