What is cucsSysdebugLogControlDomainPersist?
This boolean field controls whether the current logging-level setting on this logging-domain level control survives a reboot or process restart. An admin sets this to decide whether a temporary verbosity change made for troubleshooting should be remembered permanently or should revert automatically. For example, leaving Persist disabled on this logging-domain level control after a debugging session ensures a temporary verbose setting doesn't accidentally stay in effect after the next restart.
