Access: read-only

Description: Cisco UCS sysdebug:LogControlDestinationFile:backupCount managed object property

What is cucsSysdebugLogControlDestinationFileBackupCount?

This gauge sets how many rotated backup copies of the log file this file log-destination configuration keeps before UCS Manager starts discarding the oldest ones. An admin tunes this to control how much log history stays available locally without letting old, rotated logs consume unlimited disk space. For example, raising BackupCount under this file log-destination configuration keeps more days of historical debug-log data on hand for retroactive troubleshooting, at the cost of more storage used.
