What is cucsSysdebugAutoCoreFileExportTargetPolicyOwner?

This enumerated field reports who owns this automatic core-file export target — for instance whether it is a locally defined policy or one inherited from a higher-level or global source. An admin checks this to know whether they can edit this policy directly here or must change it at its actual source higher up in the hierarchy. For example, a PolicyOwner value pointing to a non-local source tells an admin that editing this automatic core-file export target in this organization won't take effect — the change has to be made where the policy actually lives.
