What is cucsSwZoneTargetMemberLc?
This reports the lifecycle (lc) state of the ZoneTargetMember instance, the internal UCSM housekeeping flag showing whether this object is newly created, still applying, deleted, or stable. An admin who just added or removed a ZoneTargetMember watches this field to know whether the change has fully settled or is still being processed by UCSM. For example, a ZoneTargetMember still showing a 'created' or transitional lifecycle value after several minutes would prompt an admin to check the fabric interconnect for a stuck configuration push.
