What is cucsSwVlanRefConfigStatus?
This reports the configStatus of this VlanRef, indicating whether UCSM has successfully applied its VLAN configuration to the fabric interconnect hardware. An admin who just changed VLAN allocations checks this field to confirm the change actually took effect on the switch rather than failing silently due to a hardware or resource limit. For example, a VlanRef reporting a failed or unapplied configStatus would explain why a newly added VLAN is not yet passing traffic even though it appears configured in UCSM.
