What is cucsSwVlanOverlapStateForB?
This reports the VLAN overlap state for fabric interconnect B for this Vlan, flagging whether the same VLAN ID is also independently defined elsewhere in a way that conflicts on that fabric side. An admin adding a new VLAN checks this field because an overlapping VLAN ID on fabric B can cause traffic to be misdirected or a configuration push to be rejected. For example, if two different Vlan entries both claim VLAN 50 but were created independently, this field on fabric B would surface the conflict before it causes a network outage.
