What is cucsSwVirtL3IntfVlanId?
This reports the vlanId this VirtL3Intf is bound to, the VLAN over which this virtual Layer-3 interface's IP traffic is carried. An admin needs this to confirm the interface is riding the correct VLAN, since placing it on the wrong VLAN would put in-band management traffic on an unintended network segment. For example, an admin migrating in-band management to a new VLAN would update this field and then verify connectivity resumes on the new VLAN ID.
