What is cucsSwUtilityDomainFsmStageRetry?
This reports the number of times this FSM stage has been retried for this UtilityDomainFsmStage record, part of UCSM's internal tracking of an asynchronous workflow. An admin diagnosing a stuck or failed UCS operation (such as domain registration) drills into these UtilityDomainFsmStage records to see exactly which task or stage the overall FSM is on and how it is progressing. For example, seeing this field on a UtilityDomainFsmStage entry stuck at a non-final value while other tasks in the same workflow have completed would point the admin to that specific task as the bottleneck.
