What is cucsSwUlanPubNwId?
This reports the pubNwId of this Ulan, the VLAN ID as defined by the public/shared network object this VLAN is published from. An admin reconciling a locally-instantiated VLAN with its shared source definition compares this id to confirm they still match. For example, a mismatch between this pubNwId and the Ulan's own id would flag a VLAN that has drifted out of sync with its published network source.
