What is cucsSwSystemStatsThresholded?
This value is a bitmask reporting which configured alarm thresholds this SystemStats sample has crossed. An administrator relying on threshold-based alerting for switch health reads thresholded to see, without inspecting every individual counter, whether this sample has breached any configured limit at all. For example, a thresholded value indicating a memory threshold was crossed would tell an operator to look specifically at the memAvailable figures rather than CPU load.
