This value reports the completion state of one queued unit of work belonging to the port-discovery FSM workflow — the specific unit of work queued within its parent FSM workflow. An administrator checking whether a workflow has any outstanding work left looks at completion on each PortDiscoverFsmTask instance under it rather than only checking the workflow's own top-level status. For example, a PortDiscoverFsmTask instance whose completion never advances past a pending state, even while sibling tasks finish, tells the operator that particular unit of work is the one holding up the overall FSM.
