What is cucsSwPortDiscoverFsmStageLastUpdateTime?
This timestamp records when one individual stage inside the port-discovery FSM workflow was last updated with new status information. An administrator checking whether a workflow is actively progressing or has hung compares lastUpdateTime on this PortDiscoverFsmStage instance against the current time. For example, a lastUpdateTime that stopped advancing many minutes ago while the parent workflow still shows 'in progress' tells the operator this particular stage is where things stalled.
