This text field records the name of the FSM task that most recently completed on the physical-port object that tracks a fabric-interconnect port's configuration mode and the progress of its own discovery workflow before the current one started. An administrator reconstructing what happened before a failure uses fsmPrev together with the current FSM status to see the sequence of workflow steps this Phys instance actually went through. For example, if the current FSM has failed, fsmPrev shows the operator which earlier stage last succeeded, narrowing down where in the process things went wrong.
