What is cucsSwPhysEtherEpChassisId?
This gauge identifies the chassis number of the local component associated with the physical Ethernet endpoint representing one Ethernet-facing port on the fabric interconnect, together with the neighbor device it discovers on the wire. An administrator mapping SNMP data back to physical hardware uses chassisId on this PhysEtherEp instance to know which chassis in the UCS domain the port physically belongs to. For example, chassisId lets a monitoring dashboard group all Ethernet endpoints by chassis so an operator can see every port on one physical unit at a glance.
