An administrator comparing configuration between the two fabric interconnects uses peerDn to jump directly to the matching NetflowRecordDef on the partner switch rather than searching the tree by hand. For example, after changing a NetflowRecordDef's settings on fabric A, an operator would follow peerDn to fabric B's copy of the same object to verify the two sides were kept in sync.
