This OID reports the cache timeout, in seconds, that NetFlow monitor uses before expiring and exporting a record for flows that have gone idle. An admin tunes this value to control the tradeoff between how quickly flow data becomes visible to the collector and how much per-flow overhead the fabric interconnect's flow cache carries. Lowering this timeout on a NetflowMonitor used to investigate an active incident gets flow records to the collector sooner, at the cost of exporting more, shorter-lived records.
