This OID reports the timeout interval, in seconds, that NetFlow exporter uses before resending its NetFlow template records to the collector. An admin needs this template refreshed periodically because a collector that misses the original template packet cannot decode any subsequent flow data records until a new template arrives. A collector that stops decoding NetFlow data from a NetflowExporter instance shortly after startup is often just waiting on the next template resend interval configured here.
