What is cucsSwIpRoutePrefix?
This OID reports the numeric prefix length recorded for that static route. An admin uses this prefix length together with the destination IP to determine exactly which range of addresses this static route applies to. An IpRoute entry with prefix 24 covers a full /24 subnet, while a larger prefix value would narrow the route to a smaller address range.
