What is cucsSwFcSanBorderLocale?
This CucsSwBorderDomainLocale field reports which functional locale (chassis-side or fabric-side, for example) an FC SAN border — the uplink boundary where a UCS fabric interconnect connects out into the external Fibre Channel SAN belongs to. An admin uses locale to understand which side of the UCS domain's internal topology this particular object sits on when interpreting its status. For example, knowing the locale helps the admin decide whether a reported issue is closer to the server/chassis side or the fabric-interconnect side of the connection.
