What is cucsSwFcSanBorderFsmStageRetry?
This Gauge32 value counts how many times one individual stage within that FC-SAN-border FSM's workflow has been retried before either succeeding or being abandoned. A climbing retry count on a specific stage tells an admin that step, not the FSM as a whole, is the one struggling to complete. For example, if this stage's retry count keeps increasing while other stages in the same FSM stay at zero, the admin knows to focus troubleshooting on whatever this particular stage does.
