What is cucsSwFcSanBorderFsmStageLastUpdateTime?
This DateAndTime value records the timestamp at which one individual stage within that FC-SAN-border FSM's workflow was last updated. An admin checks this to know how fresh the stage information is, which matters when deciding whether an operation is actively progressing or has been idle for an unexpectedly long time. For example, a lastUpdateTime that hasn't moved in several polling cycles tells the admin this particular stage has stalled rather than simply taking a long time to finish.
