This OID returns the Relative Name (RN) of the FSM that tracks state transitions of that FC SAN border uplink as it comes up or is reconfigured, given as a SnmpAdminString — the naming fragment that distinguishes this instance from its sibling FcSanBorderFsm objects under the same parent in UCSM's object tree. Admins use the RN, combined with the parent's DN, to reconstruct exactly where this FcSanBorderFsm instance sits in the hierarchy without needing the full DN string on its own. For example, if two FcSanBorderFsm instances exist under the same parent object, their RNs are what differentiate row one from row two when UCSM lists both under that parent.
