This CucsFsmFlags field holds internal bit flags UCSM associates with the task record represented by one task/attempt record logged as part of that FC-monitoring-session FSM's execution. These flags are mostly for UCSM's own internal processing of the task, but they can still help an admin distinguish otherwise similar task entries when reviewing FSM history. For example, two task rows with the same completion status but different flag values represent runs that UCSM itself treated differently internally, which is worth noting when comparing repeated attempts.
