Admins use the RN, combined with the parent's DN, to reconstruct exactly where this FcMonDestEp instance sits in the hierarchy without needing the full DN string on its own. For example, if two FcMonDestEp instances exist under the same parent object, their RNs are what differentiate row one from row two when UCSM lists both under that parent.
