This CucsSwPIoEpLc field reports the lifecycle ("lc") state of an FC "established" endpoint — one FC-capable interface (uplink, FEX port, or similar) that UCSM has discovered and is tracking on the SAN fabric — essentially whether UCSM currently considers this endpoint object present, absent, or being removed. An admin watches this field to distinguish an endpoint that has genuinely gone away from one UCSM is still actively managing. For example, a lifecycle state showing the endpoint as removed would explain why it has stopped reporting traffic or status data even though the row still exists in the table.
